An operations manager will manage the project at every stage. The whole manufacturing team is recruited for their industry experience and dedication and we pride ourselves in every project, big or small.

Jaap Brand
After 20+ years working for large multinational companies, 18 of them abroad, Jaap and his family decided to return home, investing in South Africa with an aim to make a positive contribution to the South African economy and employment growth. This led to him entering the fibreglass manufacturing industry 5 years ago. His aim is to develop and deliver fibreglass products at the best possible rate and quality to South African, African and worldwide market.

Brent
Brent has been in the composite industry since 1991. During this time, he has worked in multiple factories and on many sites, covering an array of different industries. He has experience in pattern design and construction, mould making and production runs.
Brent has worked with different composite mechanised applications, such as infusion and chopper guns as well as castings. He has developed new products for both domestic and export markets working with vinyl ester, epoxy and polyester resins.
Brent has a certification in Operations Management and Production Management. Design is critical to function and manufacture. From dreams, to concepts, to market.
Office Manager
Aeysha
Aeysha joined Pools for Africa as a Sales Administrator and is backed by a National Diploma in Civil Engineering.
After 11 years in the Readymix Concrete based in Johannesburg she decided to move back to Cape town and joined Fibreglass Projects. She aims to use her skills to assist in the development of the business.
